Agreement
By using this website or purchasing From GENIUS Act to State Innovation: The U.S. Stablecoin Framework (the “Book”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase the Book.
Pre-Orders and Delivery
The Book is currently available for pre-order. Pre-order payment is processed at the time of order through Gumroad. The Book is scheduled to be delivered in June 2026. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to meet that timeline; if the date materially slips, you will be notified by email and offered the choice to wait or receive a full refund.
License Grant
Upon delivery, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and read the Book for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, publicly display, host on any platform, or create derivative works from the Book without our prior written consent. Quoting brief passages with attribution for review, scholarship, or commentary is permitted under standard fair use principles.

The Book, this website, and all associated content — including text, design, graphics, and the underlying selection and arrangement — are the property of James R. Holbein and Justin Holbein and are protected by United States and international copyright law. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
